advice on next titration pls

Hi have finished my 0.5mg titration  over 50 days .don't feel that great so holding .I'm at 3mg now in tablets .I'm not sure whether it's best for me to do my next titration at 1mg in 100ml and 2mg in tablets .scared I will feel a cut .or should I just do 0.5mg cut by doing 1mg tab in 100ml of liquid dividing into two days so 50ml one day 50ml the next to avoid feeling a big cut .Thanks hope this makes sense. Just realised it will mean taking 2.5mg in tablets which means cutting them and may not be accurate enough .Thanks

Hi, What I would probably do if it were me is liquify an entire 2mg tab in 200ml to avoid pill splitting.  I would then split it into two 100ml doses and save one for tomorrow.

Hi builder your taper seemed pretty smooth .was it 0.5mg roughly every 8 weeks .
