Milk titration equipment questions

Currently I just got a wide mouth glass jar and a 10ml or syringe for my supplies.

right now I just measure out 100ml using the oral syringe and place in the wide mouth jar and put the 10mg valium tablet in it lightly mix with spoon, wait overnight and mix again before removing my cut.

Honestly, I'd keep doing it the way you are and bag the m&p and cylinder.  They really aren't needed and just add surfaces that cause more error.  If it is too much work with the 10ml syringe you could get a 50ml syringe.
