Need help. Trouble with starting the switch to liquid ativan from tablet

Received liquid ativan from compounding pharmacy.

Told that .5 ml of liquid = the .5 tablet I have been on for 2 years

My sleep has worsened since I made the change 1 week ago.

I am disappointed in this turn of events.

My only hunch is that possibly the compounded liquid might be lower in concentration.

Tonight I plan to take .65 ml to hopefully get much needed sleep.

If this works, I will start a slow taper from there.

Any advice will be gratefully received.

Many folks report an uptick in symptoms when they switch to liquid. I did and wasn't expecting it - had to hold for two weeks before I started my daily taper. Would tick up if sleep is an issue - or wait it out.
