PLEASE can i titrate .25 clonazepam odt wafer w/50 ml of water

and throw out 1 ml each day along with .5 to reduce .75 so that at 2 weeks I would be down 10%

or can i just put 25 ml with .25 clonazepam and throw out 1 ml each day along with .5 --- UNSURE HOW MUCH WATER TO MIX WITH .25 clonazepam to get 10% every 2 weeks.
