Starting liquid Ativan -here's my 6 month plan

After 2 years on .5, my schedule is to do a weekly reduction of 4%

Had a couple of mildly difficult nights with the changeover. Now the liquid is stabilized at .5 and I will begin my taper.

I am prepared to adjust to a slower taper if needed. That's the benefit to me of the liquid.

Great that you are on liquid, that is a big step.  Since on liquid, instead of 4% per week why not .6% per day?  Take advantage of that liquid!

Actually I think 4% a week is a little aggressive to begin, but it may work out.

Glad to hear that you were able to stabilize. That seems to have been an issue lately with some. Be sure to give yourself a good couple of weeks at your cut rate before cutting further, unless that's where you plan on staying.
