Diazaplam please help

Hi Everyone

I came down from 4mg using v milk titration 100ml ratio

Came down 2 ml a day no problems for month

Then I upped it to 2.5ml a day

Hit a depression wall at 2.5mg

Held for month

Carried on with 1.5ml for 3.5 months

Hit a wall holding now for 5 weeks and things gradually getting worse and worse

Please help

 

You've gotten a lot of responses in your other post's. If holding isn't helping and I personally think it can only due so much, then starting a taper from the lowest cut is the next alternative.

 

If I were you, I would switch to all liquid dosing, divided into 2 doses every 12 hour's. I think the uneven dosing,  2 mg pills at night and the miniscule morning dose are the problem.

 

 

I agree.  I think evening out the two doses is the thing to try.  You may have tapered yourself into interdose withdrawal.

Thanks so much I have started on 1ml a day reduction just everything has got so bad and sleep getting pretty bad

Sorry you're having a rough time Snapper. Just hang on...hopefully things will level out for you doing what SG and others have suggested.

Its funny waiting that long and things didnt stabilise but got worse

I am a big worrier could this influence things thoughts seem to run rampant try to keep them under control but so hard especially in morning
