Thanks so much for y'alls help. Its been 4 months now with no benzos and Im feeling pretty good. I did mess up a month ago and went out and had some margaritas. I was messed up for a few weeks. Anyhow, no more alcohol. I learned my lesson.

Hope y'all are doing well,
Michael

Ugh, Michael. The alcohol is a definite no-no as you well know  ;)

I had the most horrible withdrawals after having three glasses of wine. I've heard it takes at least a year before we can drink again. Some say never, but I'm holding out for the one year thing.

PPJ  :)

Hi, Michael!  Remember me, the lettuce gluer?  Well, I'm clean now!  Just over a month, in fact.

Glad to hear you learned more about how to care for yourself -- put those margaritas on ice for a while longer, eh?  No rush.  I'm sure they'll still be making tequila when you're ready...

Regards,

Moi
