Interesting that they are taking on such cases.

I'm not sure that they are taking on any cases. I've seen a few of these lawyers blog about the dangers of benzos, maybe paving the way for future cases?

But I have seen no indication that they are taking them on - maybe they would take on a wrongful death, but not for folks like us.
