Dry eyes

Maybe this is connected to the dry mouth and tounge thread in this forum, but is anybody experiencing this problem?  I've noticed my eyes are much dryer starting with the last dosage reduction.  I went down to 10 mg of diazepam last night and the problem has gotten worse, especially with contacts.  I've had a problem with this before the benzo's but now its worse than before.  I guess I'll have to start using the Refresh Endura eye drops again.

I've been on benzos most of my life.  I've had dry eyes most of my life.  I had lasix surgery which has dry eyes as a side effect.  I have dry eyes worse now.

 

I'm tapering benzos.  Benzos have a side effect of dry eyes as well.

 

I'd just keep using the Refresh! 

 

Seriously lodom, if you had the dry eyes before, having them in benzoville will not be unusual.  You aren't alone in this one for sure!

yes, this is a Wd that can come around. I get this once in a while too, take care.

Yes, I have it, too, lodom.  I use Refresh artificial tears a couple of times each day.  Also good to remember not to look at the computer monitor too much.
