Temazepam Taper with Milk

Does anyone have experience tapering off of Temazepam capsules?  I have a complex recipe that involves making a simple syrup.  I would like something less labor intensive.  I am currently at 30mg of Temazepam.  I am splitting the dose 20mg at night and 10mg in the am to make it through the day.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't have any experience with T, but it is a short acting benzo and I would think you would benefit by splitting the dose more, like 3x or even 4x.

Can you make it 7.5mg every six hours?

T is not common to taper around here.  I'm not familiar with how to liquify it, although I would not think milk would be a good choice.  I'm also not familiar with capsules.  Although T is half the potency of V so using a scale might be an option for you as it could avoid liquids altogether.
