Hi,

Here's a July 2014 online article from the CBC (Canadian Broacasting Corporation) regarding new provinical monitoring of benzodiazepine prescriptions:

It only monitors prescriptions covered by this province's health plan, and according to the article, only 23% of the population has provincial drug coverage.
