Water Titration Lorazepam

I am cutting five percent from 100ml water once per week.

I have been doing this for several weeks, and am currently at a forty percent cut.

I have been taking doses just at night before sleep.

My original dose was .5mg once (at night) daily for 4 months.

I am worried that as the dose becomes even smaller, interdose withdrawals will be bad.

I don't understand re splitting the dose, i.e. take morning and night. Surely that will half the dose I am taking at night?

You are right, Lisa88.  If you split your dose, you will be reducing your nighttime dose by the amount you split off.  My  view is not to try anticipating problems but deal with them if and when they arrive.  You'll get through this taking it one day at a time.
