Is it possible to titrate taper with lorazepam?

I'm trying to self-taper off 1 mg of lorazepam (0.5 mg tablets) and it's very hard. Is it possible to titrate off this med? Don't know much about this system.

I think liquid titration is a great way to taper off a short acting benzo like lorazepam, NYC4.  Have you read through the instruction threads at the top of this board?  I believe there are some member-created videos, too.
