Who has cut out all sexual activity?

I think I want to, but don't know if I could if I could...if that makes any sense...kinda like mail me an orgasm and I'll see if it fits...

It seems like too much work lol

I have actually abstained from both sex and masturbation recently to give my body a break and allow it to heal. I also cut out porn, which is something I had wanted to do for quite some time. For males you lose quite a bit of nutrients, especially zinc, from orgasm and our body's are already very depleted going through this. Orgasm forces the adrenals to release hormones which is the last thing we need right now. Masturbation definitely made me feel worse in the long run, I've noticed much improvement from abstaining, though it took some time.

I avoid sexual activity because my sex drive is completely dead.  At age 30.  Anyone know how benzos might have caused this?  Hormone imbalance?  Thyroid dysfunction perhaps?  I'm at a loss.   

 

My sex drive was always sky-high for my entire life;  even higher while I was on benzos.  As soon as I quit, it went in the toilet.  I assumed the low libido was caused by depression, but all my mental symptoms (anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts) have largely resolved.  Yet my sex drive has not returned after almost 19 months clean. 

 

Can anyone of a similar age relate to this?

i think in general depression got better...

 

once i cut it off

i started to get those everyday short naps...

well, they are kinda toxic because after them i feel very tired...
