One Year Free

Hello Family, I never thought I would be writing this post....1 YEAR FREE of the horrible benzo drug.  Life is amazing and I'm learning to deal with my fear not run and hide.  When you face your fear and insecurities nothing can defeat you.  I still have some set backs sometimes but I've been eating right, detoxing and taking care of my body and I just feel like a new person.  Life is amazing people, you will never get your old life back but what you will get is a better life, you will become a stronger person, less fearful ------YOU JUST HAVE TO WANT IT.  BELIEVE ME IT GETS BETTER MUCH BETTER.  I'M PRAYING FOR EVERYONE, DON'T GIVE UP!!!!!!! :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Congratulations! Like you, I was on Klon for panic attacks. If only we had known they are so treatable without benzos. We gotta get the word out! Enjoy your new life
