Pamphlet from AUS targeting drugs users

Is there a way to attach an item to a posting.  I have a pamphlet from AUS talking about benzo WD for drug users.

You can't attach it like you would to a normal email message.  However, if there's a link to the pamphlet, you can simply paste the link into your message.  If the link is to a 'for profit' company, the moderators may unlink it (or whatever they call it).  If it's a link to a government web site, you're probably fine.
