Anyone have a relatively smooth taper?

Even through trial and error, has anyone done this and had mostly minor symptoms throughout? If so, was it a very slow taper?
I read through many stories here and was curious if after a crash or two, anyone found the pace that worked for them?

I know there are bbs (can't remember who) who are feeling ok in their taper, and its bc they are going slow. But there are some who aren't. So it is totally independent.
