Emotions

I read on here sometimes that people can't cry.

I can, I can cry real hard these days.

Must be a good sign.

I watched "Hope Springs" tonight, I cried so much for like half an hour...

Cleared my sinuses... but man that film was funny in parts but so sad also...

It feels good to cry but sometimes I think feeling sad emotions can be almost too much, sometimes I think I could cry for a whole year... it feels healing but yes, I have a lot of crying to do.

"Hope Springs" made me realize how much I miss being with someone and going through this also, it can be hard sometimes.

Is anyone else able to cry more now???

Feelings do come back and that has to be healing happening.

It's good to cry if you can, releases a lot of tension and pain.

Crying seems to help me if I am feeling badly, lets it all out. I seem to cry more easily now, sometimes too easily.
