Thank you everyone.

 

I've certainly have had my ups and downs but I still believe that I will be fully recovered one day.  Thank you so much for your continued encouragement and support.

Congratulations on your one year.  :yippee:  I just had mine a few weeks ago, and while I know we both were looking for better results after one year we now know it does get better and better things are to come.

Hey Sandy,

Congratulations on being Benzo Free for one year!! What an accomplishment!! As rough as it was for you, I bet it's all worth it!! News like this is inspirational for those of us who are still tapering. Way to go!!
