Stable Before Taper

Is there such a thing.  Just cut my first 2.5% but prior have had some pretty nasty insomnia.  Don't want to updose either.  Just figure while not going too fast the longer on these drugs the worse.  Any thoughts?

I think many people become stable before they make their next cut, but maybe not if they are already in tolerance.

Even if you are in tolerance, IMO, you still don't want to taper too fast.
