F.lux for changing the stimulating blue light of computer screen

Not sure if it's the right place for this, but just wanted to let people know about the safe, free software f.lux. Since the blue light on our computer screens is stimulating, esp at before bedtime, f.lux changes it to a warm, brownish light at sunset, thus reducing this stimulation aspect if you're on your computer at night.

 

It's here: http://justgetflux.com/    If you are watching a movie ( and the difference bothers you) or need to do colour work on your computer, you can put it in Movie mode, or disable it while you're working. If you download and don't notice anything, just wait until sunset your time and you'll see it.

i have this and also amber glasses for after dark, can watch tv, without the glasses it's usually too bright.
