Today is one week since I jumped Ambien and the world has not come to an end. So it's time to do this thing.

I screwed up that table. The amounts are only half what I put. The last dose was only .008 mg.

Woke up 5 am feeling horrible. Brain zaps are back. The hypersensitivity is back. I can't stand anything. Everything smells bad. I feel nauseous.  I can't believe this! 

 

I don't know what to do. Stay with it or go back. I think I will post this question in the post jump section because I'm leaning toward riding it out.

The ended up not so bad after all. Morning was the worse. Brain zaps went away eventually. I have been hypersensitive all day and yelled at hubby for no reason but I can definitely do this. I THREW THE REST OF MY LIQUID TAPER DOWN THE SINK.
