medication expenses help from red cross ?

hello i been xanax for 2 years each month it was $17 for .50mg at first now its $38  i have county indigent health care to cover my doctor expenses i seen some flyers there that medication expenses  can be given by the red cross , has anyone gotton help from them before for medication expenses ?
