Antidepressants Don't Cure a Chemical Imbalance

Has anybody seen the new articles and information coming out regarding antidepressants? They are now saying that depression is not actually caused by low serotonin levels so the chemical imbalance theory and the low serotonin level theory about why a patient is depressed actually isn't true, which is why we all were allegedly supposed to take SSRIs. I'm so glad I never took any antidepressants during benzo withdrawal. Even if they do work, why would anybody take something where they don't know precisely why it's working? Foolish.
