Severe B12 Deficiency

I have watched my B12 levels slowly decline over the past two years to the point it is now considered deadly low.

The problem is that it is not easy to correct this deficiency and requires shots and adequate cofactors, which can be very stimulating.

On top of that, I have severe histamine/mast cell activation, making tolerating anything complicated.

Has anyone been in this situation before? I believe a lot of "withdrawal" is underlying vitamin and mineral deficiencies that these drugs deplete, which is why some get better fast than others, etc.

I feel this is why my withdrawal has been in the top 10% of horror stories besides cold turkeys and polydrugging.

This is so frustrating!

Kiro on this forum knows alot about B12.  I think taking the hydroxy or methyl B12 is better than the cyano.  Just take a small bit to get used to it first.
