Any research on this?

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows of an institution or really anyone who has looked into what’s happening to us.

I’m guessing there’s not much out there…. But am trying to hold on to some hope.

Particularly, I don’t understand how certain people can have a recurrence of withdrawal symptoms from seemingly benign substances.

For example for me, propranalol and flumazenil both directly caused a setback, Meds I’ve seen many other people take without an issue.

When I went through withdrawal the first time, I could take propranalol with no issue, so this is just insane to me.

There has been research but probably not for any of the oddities particular to this process that we talk about here, you can find a number of studies here: Benzos In The News

We have some wonderful sister organizations who are doing their part to bring awareness and education to our plight.

A point of interest, no two tapers are alike, including those done by the same person so I'm not surprised you're finding things different this time, kindling could also be playing a part.
