Stress from impending hurricane Ian

Well I now know that there is a direct correlation to stress and wave development.  Hurricane Ian is coming our way and we live on the water is SW Florida.  Spent all day today prepping for the storm.  My sleep is taking a nose dive but I understand what is causing the relapse.  I  am confident that the coping that I have developed through this recovery ordeal will help me through this.  Prayers for us Floridians!
