Guest [Na...]
Hi everyone! Hope you are well and happy (with or without Benzos). The start of my withdrawal was horrible. No "Benzo knowledge" I instantly from a very high dose of a Benzo by 66%. Months of agony followed and it was then I discovered the "The Benzo Book" by Jack Hobson - Dupont, the Ashton Manual, BenzoBuddies and "Blood Orange Night" by Melissa Bond, respectively. I learned I was not the only one and found wisdom and guidance in the what I call "The Benzo Collective". I am doing really well on 4 milligrams on Diazepam and holding for quite sometime. All the extreme symptoms and relentless insomnia are gone! I still have ways to go, but I am glad to find myself in this oasis in the middle of a taper that noone told me about, except Melissa Bond's Blood Orange Night. Anyways, congrats to all who have made it through the horrors of withdrawal and the ones in the midst of it. To me you are all heroes and you inspire me to keep going.
