Duneman1Bad day yesterday. Ended up having 3 drinks to settle down but then woke up at 3 a.m. with crazy thoughts going through my head and thought I going crazy.  Bananas falling out of trees one thought and then on to next thought??

It's unclear to me what your question is, sorry. If you feel your symptoms are intolerable you can consider to hold your dose.

Ended up having 3 drinks to settle down

It's best if you stop doing this, as alcohol works on the same receptors as benzo's.
