brain zaps

Hello buddies,

 

Does having mild sporadic brain zaps mean I should not taper down to my next dose? 

 

I’m just curious if that’s a sign to hold or move forward?

 

Any information would be great

I've gotten brain zaps as I taper, but not as much now as I did around the beginning.  My humble opinion is that they're not a sign to hold, unless they're really bothersome like one after the other for a long duration.

2 mg klonopin today.

I have many many years of experience getting brain zaps due to coming off different medicine -- kratom, paxil, benzo...

 

Magnesium and high-quality st.johns worked really well. CBD also helped!

How are you doing today?  What medication are you taking I didn’t see anything on your signature.
