Since 125ml in not marked on your cylinder scale, I've used 120ml instead.

You asked for a taper rate that equates to a cut of 10% every 14-21 days - I've gone halfway in between. This rate equates to 12% every 21 days ( or if you prefer, that's 10% every 17.5 days).

I didn't look at the details of your request for a titration schedule at the time; now that I have, the above schedule was for a taper rate of 10% every 17.5 days. What was wrong with the above schedule?

Anyway, here's another schedule, this time for 10% over 14 days. Now that you are at just one tablet per day, the taper rate stays constant (the amount cut does not get smaller as your dose becomes smaller). As I have explained before, this is absolutely necessary at low doses, otherwise the taper takes forever. It's more of a mathematical problem - it just keeps the taper rate sensible. If you ever feel that the taper rate is too fast, just hold for a while. Schedules are just a guide; adjust your taper if feel the need.
