I got this: http://www.bourne.k12.ma.us/Class%20Links/Smith/Smith/images/graduated%20cylinder.jpg

Is that the right cylinder? If yes, then how do I stir within in it? Shake?

I am on 1.236mg of clonazepam and would like to do weekly reductions and I am so poor at math in this benzo state.  Thank you so much!!!

Hi [...],

No problem. Start a new thread with details of your regimen. I will need to know the dose of your tablets, and how you arrive at a dose of 1.236mg (I need to double check to be sure I provide instructions for a similar dose to what you take).

I'll also need a start date, and you will need to decide upon a taper rate (I'll convert this to a daily rate for you). You will need a cylinder (we recommend 100ml with 1ml increments). A pestle and mortar is handy, but a cup and the back of a spoon will probably surfice. A 10ml syringe body makes it easier to measure your dose.

i think bobs method should be also listed - it is so straight forward even i can understand it.

then people will have two to pick from.

nothing should take more then a couple of sentences - we are dealing with benzo brains.

trying to stay at 1mg lorazepam to conbat cravings for 2 mg xanax.  (I was taking 3-3.5mgs of a generic alprazolam called tafil when my brand names ran out.  The Tafil just seemed much weaker, and had more of a sedating effect).  I realize I might have to go higher, maybe 1 mg twice a day.  anyway, Im just looking for advice as to the best approach.

thanks

Pierce,
You can start your own thread, it will be easier for people to find. When you go to the titration link I gave you, just click on "new topic", in the green bar at the upper righthand corner of the thread list. You can just copy over what you wrote here.
