Need taper info

Should I cut my taper in 1/2 and take it twice a day.?

I am currently down from 1 mg. /day to 1/2 mg.per day.

Using zanex.

Are you having interdose withdrawal? Increased symptoms between doses? If so, it could really smooth things out for you to dose twice a day. I dose 4 times a day on Ativan, and it helps me a lot. Much smoother. But Ativan leaves the system faster than Xanax. It could really help you to dose more frequently.
