Crazy time durring taper

Hi. Friends,

How I got back on zanex after kicking it back in 2016 is not good.

I guess I had some anxiety and had access to zanex. I didn't take

much just 1 mg. Now after 6 months of 1 mg./day I started my taper

I'm down to 1/2 mg per day now. and starting to reduce it by 10%.

Tapering is not easy but I'm hanging in there. This forum has been a

life line.

Congratulations on getting down to .50mg daily.  Sounds like you're doing a careful taper.  Glad BB has been a lifeline for you.  It was for me too and that's exactly how I described it.
