Adrenal exhaustion. Natural or benzowise safe treatments for low cortisol?

From past cortisol salivar tests and given the same symptoms (maybe worse now) from when I had the tests, I think my cortisol levels are low at the noon and the evening.

 

Is there anything benzo friendly to increase cortisol levels to normal levels or help if you are with adrenal exhaustion?
