Does anyone's stomach feel like a roller coaster just before waking?
I got this since October.
I am not cutting too quick, I am going really slow, I just want rid of the roller coaster stomach and stressful thoughts on waking as it's not a nice way to greet the day.

Hi [...], I get that too.  I have horrible intestinal cramps when waking up. In the beginning I used to rush to the bathroom and have diarrhea, but now I figured out that if I stay still, with my eyes closed, and breathe really slowly it calms down. Not always, but most of the time.

I also sometimes get this strange anxiety.  Maybe it has something to do with cortisol rising in the morning.

It does have something to do with cortisol.
