Hopefully a helpful video for someone- emotions
« on: January 25, 2023, 04:09:07 am »
Found this video by Jenn Swan so spot on and hope it can help ‘normalize’ the emotional aspect during this for someone. It’s 20min so not too lengthy. Always feels good to hear her talk about struggles so many of us have bc she explains in such an easy way to relate to, especially with our brains having a bit of a tough time.

Hugs to everyone!!

This was a good one. I listened to it last night while I was making doses around the time you posted this.

I agree. Really found this one, and all of her youtubes, so helpful. She has such a great way of describing feelings and emotions. I often find myself using her language to describe what is going on to my family members.
