20 month and 4 days off

I read people who say: I never think I made this far without benzo, for me is different I sow darkness when I started benzo and ssri. From month 18 I sow some good days happening every middle month from 12-16, not 100 % window but good, at that time I really believed I will heal, feels like healing is on the corner but darkness falls again. I still have a lot of symptoms, some unbearable like panic with depression, dp dr. If I have a flu or something like that symptoms are acute. My sleep is poor, I sleep straight 4.5-5 hours and when I try to sleep again my sleep is broken I wake up every 15 minutes or so, dreams with suffering. I remember every end of the month and the beginning of the other month were so bad. Maybe is still early to write something good about gym.
