12 month

I am ending 11 full mos of klonopin after 32 years. It’s has been the worst thing that I e ever experienced. It does seem like it is improving. I get waves and they are bad but it is changing. I’m hoping this 12 mos is a big one and I keep

I'm nearly at 13 post jump and my symptoms are all over the place...

I see that both of us were long time users....

It’s been such a long hard road. It feels like things are improving. I get waves. It’s a pattern of like 10 good then 6 to 10 bad. The bad days are anxiety, fear, the feeling of never getting better. It’s still hard when it’s bad but then it gets better. I guess I’m hoping that one day I get there. How about you?  Symptoms better?

U am just a little over 12 months off and I am still fighting. Insomnia and inner tremors with a sprinkle of anxiety are what plague me. I am sure the next 12 months are going to be good for us.
