Surge of Adrenaline that wont let you go to sleep!

Does anyone else have this? Its usually after a night or two of bad or no sleep, but when i start to drift off ill get a surge of adreneline that wakes me up. It happens over and over, if i almost fall asleep 10 times it will wake me up 10 times. Its relentlless. Not all the time though, just sometimes.

Yes I get this and I cannot sleep all night. This happens almost every night now I am getting a medical procedure this week so this is likely making insomnia worse.

Yes, I haven't been able to nap since 2020 and glcan barely sleep at all, now dealing with adrenaline surging all the time, causing severe muscle wasting, so sick, emaciated, scary, it's frozen my GI and can hardly eat. Breathing issuea now. Idk what to do.
