Desperate: sleep is still not returning

since cold turkey benzo, pregabalin and SSRI in end May, i haven't got my natural sleep back

i cannot sleep at all throughout the day.. Worse is, if i try to take a noon nap, my brain will conjure scary thoughts and images

I'm at a breaking point and I have literally given up all hope

I’m so sorry about to hear about your sleeplessness, that really stinks.  Can you fill out your signature so we can see the dosages and and name of AD and how long you have been on each and when you Cold turkeyed?
