Progesterone - urgent help and advice

I am suppose to be tapering diazepam but am stuck.

Every time I take the HRT progesterone patch I am getting hit with really bad withdrawals. I assume it is not agreeing with me.

Has anyone else found progesterone - hrt or own - making them feel worse?

Has anyone stopped HRT before benzo?

Well. I just tried estradiol patch and 200mg progesterone.  2 nights.  Woke up this morning with bad anxiety, heart palps, what feels like benzo w/d.  Not sure what to think of this.  Hope I can get a call in with the Dr. as I want to pursue the benefits of estrogen.  I have a feeling it is the progesterone causing the problems.  Have you found out anything about it?
