Reduced Tolerance

You know, maybe this is obvious but I feel like so many of the struggles during withdrawal are caused be reduced tolerance because of how hypersensitive the CNS is. Just the thought of going to a store or business gives me anxiety and panic because I imaging the sensory overload and being forced to wait in line in the midst of that. Even at home, reduced tolerance of some disarrangement on the table, or of the kid's behavior, or the dog, or how long food is taking to make, etc.. etc.. etc..

Just an observation, anyone else experience this too?

I'm not sure about reduced tolerance, I look at it more as an overly stimulated CNS overreacting to every bit of stimuli we encounter or think we'll encounter but I imagine we're talking about the same thing just using different terminology. Whatever we call it, its miserable.
