Inner Engineering as an alternative tool

I am following Sadhguru for few months. Inner Engineering is a program created by him. I enrolled for the course and  listening to his YouTube videos gives me clarity. The daily practises does help me to go through the day.

Thanks for these vids and the introduction to Sadhguru, Legend2, it is st interesting and I have found watching these videos a very positive way to deal with a wet and windy morning in a much more creative way.

YouTube is such a gift - we are so fortunate to be able to eclectically access wisdom in the way that we are these days. He is such a dude - O am considering getting some robes and a headdress and getting one of the big motorcycles. I reckon the world needs more gurus and I'm going into basic training from today.
