A new place for music lovers to hang out.
« on: March 08, 2021, 12:51:01 am »
There's a site on the ol' interwebs called Turntable.FM where people can hang out in an online "room" of people who share duties playing DJ. For those who are stuck at home and want to interact with people while enjoying music in the comfort of your own home, it's perfect.
It's free to join. All you do is go in, create an account with an avatar and a name. In order to get in there's a onetime password: "speakeasy" It's definitely more positive and uplifting than being stuck at home depending on this site where there's NO positive interaction at all. Not to mention it's an EXCELLENT distraction, especially for those who depend on music to help limp them through benzo recovery. There are many rooms to choose from and you can create your own as well. The site was around about ten years ago but was shut down around eight years ago. Go check it out, you may like it.  8)
