Random request on art ideas

This is my first attempt to talk about something other than my symptoms.

 

I am making knitted and crochet coasters to give to family and supporters. Anyone have any ideas on the theme? Other than holiday themed I can't seem to be creative at all thanks to benzo brain. Let me know thanks!

My first thought when you said coasters was how much my friends husband loves his beer cozy's, do you do those?  A patriotic theme is always appreciated.
