At .75mg Valium night in taper, need help DLMT Builder please help

Hey everyone, I was told to make a post for help in starting a DLMT. Ive been doing cut and holds the whole time and going through HELL, especially this last jump from 1mg to .75mg (25%). I'm on the liquid solution 5mg/5ml liquid valium and just squirt in my mouth every night with 1ml syringe. How should I start the DLMT? Should it be .01mg each night and do I dilute with water? You can see by my profile I've gone too fast at times with big jumps and am suffering. Thx for the help, and hopefully builder can chime in.
