Hi Shake, didn't you tell me once that Omar is the Creator of Zumba? well it is early here, and drinking my first cup of Joe, and thinking I hope my heel continues to heal, so I can put my DVD in and ((({{{Shake Shake}}})))))). [...] yes it has and gonna be so glad when i have another one. Boom boom i used as a warmup for my zumbakids.  And Enrique mmm... who doesn't love him... it was one of the cooldown songs i danced... he brings out the tiger in me  it can't be the beaver all the time !

There is something about the Music that makes you want to dance, so I can see this is good for learning and dancing away our cares. Thank you for this thread. I like it a lot. I know that many might not be able to get up and do the steps, but it is nice to watch and know that I will do this soon, as soon as this heel heals.
