Bromelian

I am talking Quercetin with bromelian for bladder pain. What effect does it have on my valium taper.

Do you mean Bromelain?  I have taken both Bromelain and Quercetin before (mostly pre-benzo).  I'm not sure there's much information out there about the side effects of these while taking Valium.  However, from what I understand, both of them act as anti-inflammatories.

 

Maybe some others will chime in here as well.

 

I have taken Quercitin nasal spray while on Klonopin and I had no issues.

Have you guys found out anything new about the side-effects? Yesterday I started taking bromelain (100mg daily) and I'm on clonazepam (0.7mg). Today im drowsy as hell. I read that it can amplify benzo effects but how much?

My anecdote is that during my Klonopin taper, I took Bromelain for it's anti-parasitic properties and I did in fact notice that it subtly but surely amplified the benzo effect, basically it helped me sleep as I feel that it maximized the Klonopin dose I was taking.
