progesterone

I need help. SO im in current hell right now with so many symptoms. severe depression, SI, akathisia, anxiety, weakness, bed ridden... lots more. Anyways been on klon for 4 years and tapering... I CT antidepressants 9 months ago and tried coming off progesterone like 10 times this year and got thrown into full blown benzo withdrawals... horrific symptoms and then akathisia. this most recent time i went back on and haven't been the same since... bed ridden with hundreds of symptoms. WHICH DO I TAPER FIRST? how come I feel I need to do progesterone first and hold Klon. please help
